The first owners moved into their new homes at The Heights Phuket in November.
As the residents move their furniture in, the final touches continue to be applied to the communal facilities. Residents will soon be enjoying the main swimming pool, kids pool and jacuzzi - which have all been completed, whilst the timber deck to the main pool area is nearing completion. The pool and outdoor dining area furniture has been delivered, and the water features around the main pool access stairs and planters have been completed. The other shared facilities are also nearly ready, with the gym equipment delivered and installed and the main pool saunas and change rooms nearing completion.

The finishing touches are being applied across The Heights Phuket site with the first owners scheduled to move in this November. Landscaping of the communal areas is complete – with testing of the water features now underway. The gym room is complete and equipment installed and tiling of the common area swimming pool is complete.

As of October 2008
Phuket residents have enjoyed an extended period of dry weather during this “Green Season” which has allowed The Heights construction teams to continue with both outdoor and indoor works simultaneously. With up to 400 labourers on site, works and testing on all common area infrastructure and equipment is proceeding on schedule with commissioning and handover to follow.
The final stage of outdoor infrastructure will be the road surface, which is set to be completed at the end of October. Full load tests on all electrical systems have been completed as have the back-up common area generator tests. An exterior rooftop treatment of all the condominium units has softened the birds’ eye view of the project with the application of a green outdoor landscape turf.
