THE SALES PROCESS
Once you have decided on a unit that best suits you needs... Pre-completion payments (10 percent) A) Reservation: Make a deposit of THB 100,000.00 (approx. USD 2,600.00) which is completely recoverable by deduction from the final payment. B) Signing: The Sales and Purchase Agreement is to be signed within 10 to 15 days of the reservation. A 15 percent payment of the unit price is required upon the signing of the agreement. Balance on transfer remaining (90 percent) C) Money Transfer: There are 3 options to transfer money:

Additional Expenses A) Transfer fee - Calculated as 2% of the sales price. 50% paid by Raimon Land 50% paid by Purchaser upon transfer of title deed. B) Sinking Fund - This payment varies between Baht 350 to Baht 600 per square metre depending on the project and is payable upon transfer of title deep. C) Advanced Juristic Fees - One year advance of Baht 50 to Baht 65 per square metre per month depending on the project.
